About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Tetra Tech. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing projects and liaising with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex infrastructure projects, including residential sectors, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including risk management, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, and develop strategies to ensure project success.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure financial performance and compliance with contract terms.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success and meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
About You
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on complex infrastructure projects, including residential sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including NEC 3/4 and JCT forms of contract.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Project, Excel, and Word.
