We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at ARC Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial plant and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure effective and efficient maintenance of plant and equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement new maintenance procedures and processes.
