We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team as a SEN Support Assistant. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting children with complex needs, including Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties, and Physical Disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support and assistance to children before, during, and after lessons
- Assist children in understanding and participating in tasks in an appropriate manner
- Encourage the development of social skills and independence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date individual student records
- Contribute to team meetings and training programs to enhance professional development
- Collaborate with managers and employees to promote a positive and inclusive school culture
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding regulations and policies
