About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team as a SEN Support Assistant. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting children with complex needs, including Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties, and Physical Disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and assistance to children before, during, and after lessons
  • Assist children in understanding and participating in tasks in an appropriate manner
