About the Role

We are seeking an IT Support Analyst Apprentice to join our small but highly skilled IT department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving digital transformation across the Trust and supporting our colleagues to maintain safe IT practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to colleagues over the phone, via our ITSM system, and face-to-face.
  • Troubleshoot a variety of networking issues, from physical to Wi-Fi, and escalate these within the team when required.
  • Work within our agreed SLAs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Use Active Directory & Office 365 to support our IT infrastructure.
  • Deploy new hardware, including system imaging and handover tutorials.
  • Develop an understanding of cyber security principles.
