ONE SEARCH is a leading boutique firm specialising in the Renewable Energies sector. We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Modelling Associate to join our London team.

The Role

As a Financial Modelling Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining complex financial models to support clients in the Renewable Energies sector.
  • Providing financial model support to lenders throughout the financing process.
  • Conducting cash flow analyses and determining appropriate debt sizing for targeted financing.
  • Assisting model auditors with the model audit process.
  • Maintaining and updating financial models before and after financial close.
  • Aiding in transaction execution and negotiations with counterparties to ensure transaction documentation and structuring align with the business case.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4 years of experience in infrastructure finance from a financial, advisory, or financial modelling perspective.
  • Experience of financial modelling from a financial modelling consultancy, big 4 firm, bank, or similar financial institution.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple time-sensitive priorities while meeting timelines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
