Role Overview
As the Network Supervisor for Electrical and Instrumentation, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operational, maintenance, and investment teams. Your responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to detailed policies and procedures that align with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a skilled team of E&I Technicians and Apprentices, fostering an environment of collaboration and efficiency.
  • Resource Management: Strategically allocate manpower, materials, and equipment for E&I tasks to optimize productivity.
  • Project Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive schedules for E&I activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and milestones.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track the progress of E&I projects, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays.
  • Financial Oversight: Collaborate with investment teams to manage project budgets, ensuring all E&I work is completed within financial constraints.
  • Quality Control: Guarantee compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements for all E&I operations.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough records of project plans, schedules, and changes, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals with a diverse range of qualifications and experiences, including:
  • In-depth knowledge of Gas Distribution processes.
  • Familiarity with risk management principles.
  • Relevant safety certifications, such as EUSR Gas Safety Passport and IOSH.
  • Understanding of engineering standards and network operations.
  • Strong communication and coaching abilities.
