Dermatopathologist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dermatopathologist to join our team at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust. As a Consultant Dermatopathologist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality diagnostic services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert diagnostic services in Dermatopathology, including histopathological examination and reporting.
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new diagnostic techniques and protocols.
- Contribute to the education and training of junior staff and medical students.
- Engage in research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Full and specialist registration with the General Medical Council with a valid licence to practice.
- Completion of a Certificate of Completion of Training in Histopathology or equivalent.
- Experience in Dermatopathology, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to lead and manage change, with a strong focus on patient safety and quality improvement.
