Special Education Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team at Bramfield House School. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in facilitating the everyday education and care of young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and deliver the curriculum relevant to key stage and specific subject area/s to best meet pupils' individual special education needs.
- Work in a trans-disciplinary capacity to facilitate the 'One Team' approach to support and link academic and social/behavioral progress in line with pupils' individual learning needs.
- Practice with a high degree of competence to reduce barriers to learning and participation in the classroom, leading to all pupils achieving their learning potential.
Bramfield House School is an independent residential special educational needs school for boys aged 7–16 years who have SEMH, communication difficulties, and associated challenging behaviors.
