Job Title: Warranty Material Digital Inspector

We are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Material Digital Inspector to join our team at ECS Automotive | Setting the Standard. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of warranty claims for Volkswagen Group.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting parts to ensure that they meet the required standards, identifying defects, and ensuring that rectification work is carried out correctly. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on claiming behaviors, engaging with the dealer network, and supporting Authorized Repairers to adopt optimal behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Identify defects and ensure rectification work is carried out correctly
  • Monitor and report on claiming behaviors
  • Engage with the dealer network
  • Support Authorized Repairers to adopt optimal behaviors
Requirements
  • Motor vehicle technical knowledge
  • Knowledge of policies and procedures linked to warranty and campaign repairs
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and web-based products)
  • Ability to work without supervision, both part of a team and independently when required
Desirable Requirements
  • Automotive warranty specific experience at Dealer/Manufacturer level
  • Knowledge of vehicle repair techniques
  • Manufacturer/Dealer Aftersales experience
  • Motor industry specific qualifications (technical)
