Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing mortgage and protection advice to high net worth individuals, business owners, and companies. You will work closely with our in-house administration team to manage cases from start to finish, ensuring seamless communication with clients, lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide mortgage and protection advice to high net worth individuals, business owners, and companies.
- Work closely with our in-house administration team to manage cases from start to finish.
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in mortgage advising, preferably within the independent market.
- Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Desirable: experience with high net worth or complex mortgage cases, private banks, and specialist mortgage lenders.
- A competitive starting basic salary of circa £40,000, negotiable based on skill-set, ability, and role experience.
- Commission leading to an annual OTE of £100,000+.
- 25 days annual leave per annum (plus bank holidays) and a pension scheme.
