Job Title: Dispatch Operator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming goods. Your responsibilities will include preparing and processing outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, and collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming goods
  • Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch
  • Pick, pack, and ship goods efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to incoming or outgoing shipments
  • Monitor and manage stock levels, ordering supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
