Operations Team Leader

As a key member of our Luxury Operations team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team in Luxury Packaging and/or Wet/Dry Goods Warehousing. Your primary focus will be on driving continuous improvement, ensuring right-first-time product quality, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop Luxury Operations teams to achieve high performance and engagement, meeting key performance indicators while fostering collaboration in line with company values.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, BRC, Environmental, and Customs regulations, and proactively address safety risks.
- Support the development and execution of both the packaging and distribution short and long-term plans, aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure product quality meets standards by maintaining compliant processes, equipment, and training.
- Provide support and training to staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and addressing skill gaps promptly.
