Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support our quality assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our dairy products through analysis, testing, and data evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise through quality-based testing and data evaluation
  • Demonstrate active involvement in solving problems/trouble shooting through data analysis and evaluation
  • Play an active part in building QMS capability across site
  • Responsible for laboratory tasks and management systems (5S etc)
  • Support and process confirms operations quality control responsibilities
  • Have a good understanding and play an active part within the performance management system (PMS)
  • Provide governance and ownership of Quality Index and other monthly reports
  • Responsible for internal and external audit processes
Requirements:
  • HACCP Awareness (Level 2-3)
  • Basic Food Hygiene
  • Microbiology and aseptic techniques
  • Internal Audit
  • Yellow and Green belt problem solving
  • A3 problem solving
  • Electronic Data Capture
  • Dairy Science
