Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling integrated projects, and working across a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and develop strategic plans to meet their business objectives
- Lead integrated projects, including creative, CRO/UX, and web development
- Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations
- Develop and maintain commercial relationships with clients
- Prepare and present campaign reports, proposals, and other business materials
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience working in an integrated agency, with a strong understanding of creative, CRO/UX, and web developmentCommercial experience and the ability to pull decks, campaign reports, and proposalsStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work at speed and turn around projects quicklyWhat We Offer
