Job Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to engineering teams involved in concept development and implementation.
  • Contribute and manage feasibility study projects, including defining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with battery concepts and ensure compliance with automotive standards.
  • Directly or indirectly lead team members to meet quality, cost, timing, and performance objectives.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of automotive engineering practices and standards.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background and relevant experience in battery system engineering.
  • Ability to work under pressure within short timelines to deliver quality technical proposals.
  • Working knowledge of 3DX and MS Office.
  • Experience in designing automotive parts, tools, and jigs.
