Key Responsibilities

  • Drive operational development of integrated facilities management solutions across the account
  • Develop and maintain the account development plan involving key stakeholders
  • Develop and propose innovative service propositions, ensuring a pipeline of opportunities
  • Manage client interactions across the country, focusing on innovation and best practice sharing
  • Manage staffing and competence development of employees, ensuring a balance between resources and performance
  • Ensure delivery of services in accordance with agreed contract requirements and operational processes
  • Drive excellence in service delivery, identifying opportunities for growth and contract retention
  • Develop and lead the delivery of soft and hard services, mapping and mitigating operational and commercial risks

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering facilities management services in both hard and soft FM, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Experience in managing multiple teams and service streams, with a strong commercial capability
  • Ability to deliver in complex environments, with strong finance management skills and experience of running a profit and loss statement
  • Good experience of PFI and ability to work in a hospital setting
