Job Title: Civil Modeller - Revit Expert

Job Type: Contract, Outside IR35, LTD basis

Rate: Up to £50 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Civil Modeller to join our team at Global Engineering Talent. As a Civil Modeller, you will play a crucial role in our team, focusing on the detailed modelling of dry utilities for a significant infrastructure project in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed 3D models for dry utilities using Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements and standards.
  • Support the ongoing delivery of a large infrastructure project, working with a live project environment to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ensure all models are checked, validated, and meet the highest quality standards before submission.
  • Utilise Revit and other relevant modelling software to deliver precise and efficient design solutions.
  • Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, including model updates, clash detection reports, and design changes.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in modelling dry utilities for large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Proficient in Revit: Advanced skills in Revit are essential, with a proven track record of delivering complex models on live projects.
  • Other Software Skills: Familiarity with additional modelling software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, or similar.
  • Live Project Experience: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, live project environment, hitting the ground running with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring all models are accurate and comply with project standards.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Design, or related field.
  • Previous experience working on large-scale projects in the Middle East, particularly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.
  • Professional certifications in Revit or other modelling software are a plus.
