As a Nursery Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development
- Enhancing the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development
- Assisting with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor always
- Working within a team to support all children and team members within your room
- Understanding and ensuring that the requirements of the curriculum are being met
