We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Jenningsbet. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience, promoting company-wide campaigns, and ensuring accurate settlement and payment of winning bets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with customers to create a positive shop atmosphere and drive customer loyalty
  • Promote company-wide campaigns to our customers
  • Process bets, manage cash handling, and maintain a safe working environment
  • Monitor competitor activity and stay ahead of the game
  • Deputise for the Branch Manager in their absence
Requirements:
  • You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with customers
  • Good numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent personal presentation and time management
