Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team, responsible for engaging with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and conducting sales activities. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in helping customers find their ideal holiday home or residential park and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
  • Conduct sales activities, including presentations and demonstrations
  • Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Interpersonal skills, communication, and customer service skills
  • A desire to provide exceptional service and support to customers
  • Sales experience and a proven track record
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships
  • Experience in customer service and problem-solving
  • Training experience is desirable
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus
