Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse RGN to join our team at Stanton Court Care & Nursing Home. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and effective nursing care to residents, including administering medication, dressings, and management of medical conditions.
- Assess and develop person-centred care plans, working closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Make critical clinical decisions, using your expertise and judgment to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional care, promoting a positive and supportive environment for our residents and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Valid PIN and current registration with the NMC.
- Experience working in a care home or similar setting, with a strong understanding of person-centred care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and weekends, as required.
