We are seeking a skilled and motivated Deputy General Manager to join our team at Hickory's Smokehouse. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions
