Marketing Campaign Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Personalisation and Performance Marketing team. As a key member of our Customer Marketing Squads, you will be responsible for defining the content strategy, goals, and standards for assets produced by the squad to achieve our commercial and brand outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Define the content strategy, goals, and standards for assets produced by the squad
- Manage the content team within the squad to provide direction and clarity on what's needed from a creative perspective
- Provide support and mentoring through delivery
- Have line management responsibility for the content team within the squad
- Set goals and have active performance conversations to ensure a high-performing team
- Understand customer insight and collate campaign performance data for review
- Provide learnings and insight for future optimisation to improve campaigns and customer experience
- Ensure all campaigns delivered by the squad are on brand, on time, and within budget
- Ensure all assets meet all regulatory requirements and manage these assets through all relevant local controls
