About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swimming Coach to join our team at Your Sport Solutions. As a Swimming Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to students in a fun and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare swimming sessions to meet the needs of students
  • Liaise with other coaches and colleagues to ensure a smooth and effective delivery of swimming lessons
  • Provide positive, fun, and safe coaching sessions that cater to the needs of students
  • Ensure the safeguarding and protection of all students
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
Requirements
  • Level 2 coaching qualification
  • Proven experience as a Swimming Coach
  • Experience in the sports coaching and/or education sector
  • An enhanced CRB/DBS check
  • Safeguarding & Protecting Children Certificate
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and other members of staff
  • Ability to understand the learning process and training principles
  • Ability to motivate and assist students to develop new skills safely
