About the Role
As a Care Home Deputy Manager at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. In this leadership position, you will work closely with the General Manager and take on key responsibilities in their absence. Your duties will include ensuring care standards are met, motivating your team, and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. You will lead by example, monitor standards through regular audits, and ensure regulatory compliance. Your goal will be to set the highest standards and develop strategies to achieve them.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need experience in managing residents with diverse health needs and a proven track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. You will also require some experience in human resources, a strong understanding of sales and marketing, and knowledge of budget management. Additionally, you will need to be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver high-quality care in a dynamic and engaging environment.
