An outstanding opportunity has emerged within the IT Services – Infrastructure Support Team.

In this dynamic position, you will offer specialized assistance and guidance to IT users within NHS Scotland. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving issues related to desktop and endpoint hardware, operating systems, and application software, while also playing a key role in the advancement of Digital Support Services.

The successful candidates will possess a clear vision of how Digital Support Services can enhance and transform healthcare delivery.

Applicants should be highly proficient in Desktop Support with substantial Infrastructure expertise and possess exceptional customer service abilities. They must demonstrate experience in a technical support capacity and have been actively involved in frontline support. A degree-level education or equivalent professional qualifications and/or experience is required.
