Prism Digital is a prominent player in the Financial Technology sector, with a rich history spanning over four decades. Headquartered in London, the company boasts a global presence with approximately 800 employees, making it a well-recognized brand in the industry. Currently, Prism Digital is undergoing a significant transformation, evolving from a traditional finance entity to a cutting-edge FinTech organization.

Role Responsibilities: As a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, you will report directly to the Head of IT & Security, who leads a team of around 30 professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the migration of the organization's Windows servers to more advanced versions. This project is currently supported by a Windows Security Engineer, and you will be responsible for the majority of the migration tasks. The migration process will occur in phases, including upgrades from Windows Server 2008 to 2019, and ultimately to the latest version. The organization currently operates 450 servers, with 390 running on Windows, and the goal is to standardize on a single version hosted entirely on Azure.

Essential Skills for the Cloud Infrastructure Specialist:

  • Extensive experience in migrating and upgrading Windows Server operating systems within Azure at an enterprise level
  • Proficient in Windows Server and Azure technologies
  • Familiarity with Silverfort, Azure AD, and Terraform
  • Strong Terraform experience is acceptable even without Azure expertise
