Gain Practical Experience

As a member of our kitchen team, you'll have the chance to work on all sections of the kitchen, gaining a comprehensive understanding of each area. From craft training to butchery, foraging, smoking, and curing meats, you'll experience the full range of culinary skills.

Develop Your Skills

Our apprenticeship program is designed to provide clear and proven career progression, with expert guidance from our training provider, Umbrella. You'll receive a full knife set, uniform, practical cookery book, and recipe journal, as well as access to a team with a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Enjoy a Supportive Environment

Our menu changes daily, reflecting the creativity and innovation of our team. As an Apprentice Chef, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to menu development and work in other PIG kitchens, broadening your culinary horizons.
