We are seeking candidates located within the Exeter EX postcode area.

Our client, a leading manufacturer of high-quality showers, is expanding their field service team.

Role Details

A position is available for a Field Engineer residing in the:

  • EX postcode area

Your responsibilities will include servicing and repairing electric and thermostatic showers, as well as replacing showers when necessary.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented and possess experience as a Plumber, Multi Trade, Electrician, or Field Service Engineer with a background in Plumbing or Electrical maintenance and repair.

We are looking for someone with a flexible attitude, a commitment to quality, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor, dedicated to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Comprehensive product training will be provided for those with relevant experience, including:

  • Customer service skills
  • Engineering/plumbing/multimeter experience
  • A valid UK driving licence

Compensation Package

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday (no callouts or weekends)
  • Potential earnings up to £40,000 OTE

Compensation structure includes:

  • Base Salary: £35,152
  • Bonus scheme averaging £2,200 per annum
  • Overtime payments

Additional benefits include a company van, fuel card, 33 days of holiday (25 days plus bank holidays), pension scheme, and death in service benefit.

Location Requirement

Must reside in the EX postcode area
