Job Title: EYFS Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic EYFS teacher to join our team. As an EYFS teacher, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality early years curriculum, fostering a love for learning, and supporting the holistic development of each child.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lesson Planning and Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS framework, ensuring a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Assess and monitor children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers to support their child's development.
  • Classroom Environment: Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages children's curiosity and creativity, promoting a love for learning.
  • Individual Support: Develop and implement strategies to support the individual needs of all children, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning, engaging with parents and carers to foster strong home-school partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Early Years qualification.
  • Experience: Proven experience working within the EYFS framework, with a thorough understanding of child development and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive, positive attitude, and a passion for early childhood education.
