About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Financial Accounting and Systems Transformation. This is a unique opportunity to lead the transformation of our financial systems and processes, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and aligned with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of a new financial system, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and implement financial processes and procedures that are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Head of Commercial Accounting, Strategic Business Partnering, and the Director of Finance & ICT, to ensure that financial information is accurate, timely, and relevant.
  • Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports, providing real-time insights and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, ensuring that financial processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial systems implementation and process improvement.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of financial systems, including Sage Intacct, and experience with financial process improvement methodologies.
