Commercial Litigation Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Partner to join our highly regarded team at a national Top 40 law firm. As a key member of our Commercial Litigation team, you will work closely with the Head of Department to develop and grow our existing work stream, nurture team members, and contribute to the department's growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a specialist team of solicitors handling complex commercial disputes, director disputes, breach of warranties, IP litigation, and multijurisdictional claims on behalf of businesses and individuals. Our firm ranks in the Legal 500 & The Chambers for Commercial Litigation.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Commercial Litigator with a strong network of connections across Yorkshire. This can be either a Senior Associate/Legal Director looking to make the step up to Partner or an existing Partner looking for a career change.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 6 years post-qualification experience from a regional/national firm
  • Effective networking ability
  • Commercial awareness of client and firm requirements
