About the Role
- Provide support in the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax laws and regulations.
- Assist in the analysis and resolution of tax-related queries, utilizing your knowledge of tax laws and regulations to provide expert advice.
- Support in tax planning strategies for clients, helping them to minimize tax liabilities and maximize financial returns.
- Maintain and update client records in a timely manner, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist in the preparation of tax reports and presentations, communicating complex tax information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with changes and developments in the tax industry.
- Support the Tax department in administrative tasks as required, providing a high level of service to clients and colleagues alike.
- Liaise with clients to provide exceptional customer service, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex tax information.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex tax information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in using tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
