Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on customer quotations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- Process customer orders efficiently and effectively, ensuring seamless communication with internal teams.
- Monitor back orders and ensure timely delivery of products, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support the operational team in converting spare parts, consolidating customer supply chains, and optimizing inventory management.
- Provide coverage for the stores team during annual leave periods, ensuring continuity of service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a strong understanding of manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or trade counter environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
