Building Maintenance Technician

As a Facilities Support Operative at Caring for Communities and People, you will be instrumental in upkeeping facilities that provide essential housing for adults. This role is part-time, scheduled from Tuesday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Apply your practical maintenance and DIY expertise to manage urgent repairs, routine upkeep, painting, and decorating tasks. Care for outdoor areas, including gardens and grounds. Help foster safe, secure, and welcoming environments for individuals at risk of homelessness. Build strong relationships with those you assist and our network of partner organizations. Handle a diverse workload with effective organizational and time management abilities. Work in various settings, interacting with multiple individuals throughout the day while enjoying the flexibility to creatively manage your schedule. Position: Facilities Support Operative
Hours: Part-time, 30 hours per week (Tuesday to Friday) 09:00 - 17:00 or 08:00 - 16:00
Contract: Permanent
Pay: £19,040 annually for 30 hours (Full-time equivalent is £23,800)
