About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Passive Fire Supervisor to join our team at RGE Services Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of our contracts, ensuring all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and goals are met.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise the effective day-to-day management of the contract, ensuring all KPIs and goals are met.
  • Carry out certification validation and develop a strong collaborative working relationship with engineers to promote excellent customer service.
  • Provide technical knowledge to the wider team and contribute to the development of a strong team culture.
  • Manage and supervise internal staff and subcontractors to complete installation works, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
  • Audit works experience and sign off compliance in accordance with FIRAS accreditation.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in surveying and installing fire-stopping products and manufacturers.
  • Competence in Fire Door regulations and customer-orientated skills.
  • Ability to adapt and respond to clients in different situations, with good attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Passion for continuing to learn and develop skills, with a desire to install and maintain services to the highest standards.
  • Experience with reviewing risk assessments and managing remedial works.
