Job Opportunity

We're currently seeking a skilled Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at The Old Plough in Seaford. As a Kitchen Team Leader, you'll play a key role in supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team to achieve high standards of food knowledge and skill.
  • Develop and maintain a high standard of food knowledge and skill.
  • Ensure all team members are up-to-date with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of the brigade and help propel the team forward.
