Job Title: Project Engineer Renewables

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer Renewables to join our team at JRM Recruitment. As an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of air source heat pump systems in domestic dwellings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough site assessments to identify the most suitable locations and configurations for ASHP units.
  2. Accurately install and connect the system components to existing heating and electrical infrastructure.
  3. Calibrate systems for optimal performance.

Requirements:

  1. Ability to follow instructions/blueprints/survey forms.
  2. Excellent time management skills.
  3. Strong verbal communication.
  4. Strong decision-making skills.
  5. Able to endure both hot and cold weather.
  6. Knowledge of PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standards.
  7. CIS registered (if Sub Contractor).

Desirable Qualifications:

  1. NVQ Level 3 Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP).
  2. G3 Unvented hot Water.
  3. Water Regulation preferred but not essential.
  4. Gas Safe Registered.
