This individual will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks, including assembly, manufacturing, and quality control, in accordance with established procedures and standards.


Key Responsibilities:


• Conduct detailed assembly and manufacturing activities, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

• Contribute to the efficient movement of work and information within the manufacturing area, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with colleagues.• Maintain adherence to agreed standards and behaviors, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.• Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements, creating a safe working environment for all team members.• Possess IPC 610 certification or training, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
Working Environment:


The Manufacturing Operations Specialist will work across various departments, including Looming, PEC Assembly, Plastics Department, and Manufacturing Control/Stores. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements:


• Strong experience in plastics manufacturing, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.

• Excellent dexterity and fine motor skills, with the ability to work with precision and accuracy.• Strong reading and interpretation skills, with the ability to understand complex layouts and instructions.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.• Ability to work flexible shift patterns, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of work.• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, promoting a culture of collaboration and mutual support.• Proficiency in PC-based systems, with a strong understanding of industry-specific software and technology.
