Job Summary

EnerSys Delaware Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Product Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our space project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products with customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product assurance strategies to ensure timely and quality delivery of products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and production
  • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
  • Produce high-quality documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and configuration control documents
  • Support the development of specialist product assurance analysis and documentation, including PM&P, EEE, RAMS, and Safety
Requirements
  • BTEC in a STEM subject or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in the European Space Industry, inspecting and accepting spacecraft hardware, and producing inspection documentation
  • Strong understanding of configuration control principles and associated project documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
