Salary: Basic salary £30,000 plus uncapped commission, OTE of £45,000.

About the Role:
We are experiencing remarkable growth, and we are looking for a motivated Italian Speaking Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. Your role will be pivotal in our mission to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
After completing a comprehensive training program, you will engage in selling obsolete, reconditioned, and new components to our broad customer network. This business-to-business sales position demands exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients via phone and email, showcasing a strong desire for conversion. Previous sales experience is advantageous, and fluency in Italian is crucial to cater to our international clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate proactive outbound calls to leads in our CRM system to identify sales opportunities by understanding customer requirements.
  • Respond promptly to all incoming customer inquiries through various channels, delivering outstanding customer service and resolving their issues.
  • Prepare and send quotes in a timely manner.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients through regular follow-up communications.
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass designated sales goals.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Italian is essential.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email.
  • Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in computer usage; sales experience is preferred.
  • Willingness to collaborate and contribute to our mission of enhancing manufacturing capabilities.
