Your Role: Contract Lead

As a Contract Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of repair and maintenance contracts for our diverse portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring that all works are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of contractors to deliver repairs and maintenance services across various properties.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize contract performance, ensuring adherence to KPIs and financial targets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate project schedules, resolve any contractual disputes, and maintain clear communication channels.
  • Develop and implement risk management plans to mitigate potential liabilities and ensure the smooth operation of contracts.

Your Profile:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in contract management within the construction or property maintenance sector. You will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in managing repair and maintenance contracts for domestic and commercial properties.
  • Proven ability to supervise teams of contractors and ensure effective service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of construction practices, safety regulations, and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • HNC level qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
