Talent Acquisition Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition function and delivering end-to-end recruitment support to senior stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a Talent Acquisition team, providing coaching and development where needed
  • Deliver recruitment support to senior stakeholders, challenging and consulting on candidate availability, timelines, and role profiles
  • Work with the Senior HR team to advise on current and potential challenges across the TA function
  • Source and deliver professional roles into a large business structure
  • Develop and implement direct hiring strategies across the team
  • Deliver on wider TA projects to enhance the attraction and recruitment process
