Assistant Retail Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Oxford Street. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing a service-focused team, and running retail operations with a customer-first approach.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of retail staff to deliver high service levels and sales
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Managing retail operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborating with the retail management team to achieve business objectives

Successful candidates will have:

  • Proven retail management experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management and visual merchandising
