Position Overview

Marylebone Services is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to become a vital part of our team in the Toddler Room.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creating a nurturing and supportive environment for children.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
  • Conducting observations and planning activities tailored to individual children's needs.
  • Engaging in daily communication with children, colleagues, and parents.
Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare.
  • Possess at least one year of experience in Early Years settings.
  • Have an up-to-date DBS check or be willing to obtain one.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of Ofsted standards, safeguarding protocols, and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Adhere to nursery policies and procedures.
Working Hours

This is a full-time, permanent role requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled from:

  • Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM to 9:15 AM and 6:15 PM.
