Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Motor Finance

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at THC Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a region and building relationships with clients within that area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients within the region
  • Identify and recruit new customers
  • Develop clients into profitable producers of business
  • Provide training and support to clients where required
Requirements:
  • Strong awareness of the motor industry sector and regulations
  • Extensive field sales experience in the financial services sector
  • Experience of managing a large geographic area
  • Excellent understanding of the sector, and ability to hit the ground running
  • Ability to identify the right sales approach for each business partner
  • Outstanding time management and organisation skills
  • Knowledge of TCF
  • Ability to understand and comply with documented processes and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Interpersonal Skills:
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Enthusiastic 'can do' attitude
  • Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
