Job Opportunity: Waiter/Waitress

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team at The Wharf, Castlefield. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential. You will be a team player who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a pub, restaurant, hotel, or bar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
