Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee and direct multiple quality enhancement projects from inception to completion.
  • Project Planning: Create comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource distribution.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track project developments and modify plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols and procedures.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and certifications.
  • Auditing: Conduct regular audits and inspections to pinpoint areas needing improvement.

  • Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret quality data to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports on project progress, quality metrics, and results to stakeholders.

  • Collaboration: Work in tandem with cross-departmental teams, including production, engineering, and customer service, to implement quality improvement strategies.
  • Communication: Facilitate meetings and relay project updates to stakeholders across all organizational levels.

  • Training: Design training programs on quality standards and procedures for staff.
  • Mentorship: Guide and coach team members on quality improvement methodologies and best practices.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and lead initiatives for process enhancements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in quality management, engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in quality management or project management, ideally within manufacturing, healthcare, or IT sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and quality management tools.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) is advantageous.
