Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a specialized equity sales trading team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, expand client relationships, and improve market share.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional service.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing business decisions and strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure optimal results.

Requirements:

  • Proven Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in equity sales trading or a related field.
  • Strong Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the UK and European equity markets, including market trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, driving business growth and improvement.
