Job Title: Care Home Night Nurse

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Night Nurse to join our team at Acton Banks. As a Night Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and responding to emergencies.
  • Conduct regular rounds to ensure the safety and well-being of residents, and report any concerns to the management team.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration and vital signs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in elderly care.
Requirements:
  • Qualified and registered with the NMC as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
  • Experience in an elderly and dementia care environment, with a strong understanding of the needs of older adults.
  • Ability to work a flexible shift pattern, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Satisfactory CRB/DBS checks.
